Do I need a credit card to start?
No. New accounts get 1,000 free Phone Lookup credits (plus 1,000 Gender, 1,000 ZIP and 100 DNC credits). No payment details are needed until you buy more. Purchases go through PayPal checkout, which also accepts credit and debit cards.
Are bulk CSV and API validations priced the same?
Yes — one credit per phone number checked, whether you use a CSV upload, the API, or a single check in the web app. In CSV files every phone cell counts, so put all numbers in one Phone column.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Larger packages cost less per lookup — down to $0.00055 per Phone Lookup at 10,000,000 credits. For volumes beyond the listed packages, email [email protected]. Reselling lookup results needs our written permission.
