We created this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) so you can understand what information we collect, how it is used, how you can change it and what we do with it via third parties.
1.2. NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN. This Site is not targeted towards children under the age of 13 nor intended to be used by them in any manner whatsoever.

2.1. WHAT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION DOES THE COMPANY COLLECT?
A. Categories of Personally Identifiable Information. We do not collect personally identifiable information for visitors to the Site. You may, however, contact us by email with an inquiry. When you do, we collect the following information so that we may respond to your inquiry:

D. Effective Date: The effective date of this Policy shall be March 5, 2020.

E. Browser Do Not Track Signals: California law requires that we disclose whether we acknowledge do not track signals issued by browsers should you designate such a choice with said browsers. We do not do so.

F. Third Party Cumulative Tracking: California law requires us to disclose to you whether third parties can acquire and track your personally identifiable information through our website. Google, Facebook, Yahoo and Twitter can track you through this Site as we use their services for social media and internal tracking purposes. Google participates in the NIA opt out program. G. California Eraser Law. We do not allow for the posting of user generated content on the Site. As such, the California “eraser law” does not apply to this Site.

2.2 WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DOES COMPANY COLLECT?

A. AUTOMATIC COLLECTION. Our servers automatically recognize your IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process because we do not collect any other identifying information unless you contact us. We do, however, track how long you are on the Site, which pages you visit, the keywords you use to find the Site and other information detailing your use of the Site. If you do a search on the Site, we also track your IP to make sure you are not scraping our Site. The Site may also gather anonymous aggregate data for all visitors that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the goods services we offer.

B. COOKIES. We may use the standard cookies or web beacons that allow us to store a small piece of data on your computer detailing your visit to our Site. You can choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings on your browser. However, if you choose to disable this function, your experience at our Site may be diminished and some features may not work as they were intended. C. FINANCIAL INFORMATION. You may purchase certain products offered through the Site. In making such a purchase, you will be sent to third party sites. The terms and privacy policies of those sites apply, so please review those documents and contact those parties if you have any questions. We do not collect financial information from you on Site.

3. USE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION

3.1. WHAT DOES COMPANY DO WITH COLLECTED INFORMATION?

A. PERSONAL INFORMATION. We do not share your personal information with third parties with the exception of third party services that we use to run, maintain and analyze the Site such as our hosting company. These parties do not market to you.

B. ANONYMOUS INFORMATION. We use anonymous information to analyze our Site traffic, but we do not examine this information for individually identifying information. In addition, we may use anonymous IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Site, or to display the content according to your preferences. Traffic and transaction information may also be shared with business partners and advertisers on an aggregate and anonymous basis.

C. VALIDATED INFORMATION. We (Phonevalidator.co) do not use any phone numbers which are checked (validated) at Phonevalidator.co. We (Phonevalidator.co) do not share any Validated information with any third party Person or any third party Companies. Validated information (User Account Logs) will be auto deleted after 30 days for security purpose and for site’s better performance.

D. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Company or its parent company, subsidiaries or affiliates, (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Company or the users of the Site, or (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the safety of the public or users of the Site.

E. SALE OF INFORMATION. Should we decide to sell all or part of the Company at some point in the future, your personal information will be included as an asset in the transfer.

4. SECURITY

4.1. SITE SECURITY.

The Site has reasonable security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss, misuse, to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, or alteration. If hackers can penetrate government security measures, they can penetrate ours.

5. WEBSITE AREAS BEYOND COMPANY’S CONTROL

5.1. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES.

The Site contains links to other websites. We have no control over the terms and privacy policies of said sites. Please make sure to view the policies of those sites before providing personal information to said sites.

5.2. ADVERTISERS.

Advertisers and advertising networks like Adsense and Sovrn may use tracking code or pixels on our site pages to be able to serve ads and measure site traffic. As such, your I.P. address, pages viewed and device information may be shared with them.
