PHONEVALIDATOR.CO is a California corporation, hereafter referred to as PHONEVALIDATOR.CO. phonevalidator.co is a service of PHONEVALIDATOR.CO that provides information on the validity of phone numbers, subject to the terms and conditions below. CUSTOMER warrants that it is the end-user of the data provided by PHONEVALIDATOR.CO and will abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. The term “CUSTOMER” shall include both free unregistered users and batch/API customers for the purposes of this agreement.

PHONEVALIDATOR.CO makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the reliability or accuracy of either its service or data provided. Computerized data provided by PHONEVALIDATOR.CO may contain errors, inaccuracies, incompleteness, false “no record” results and omissions. CUSTOMER acknowledges that online data will be used for informational purposes only and shall not be relied on without verification from originating telephone companies. CUSTOMER acknowledges that all data received from PHONEVALIDATOR.CO is in “AS IS” condition and shall be used at the sole risk of the CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER agrees and acknowledges that it shall have no legal or financial recourse against PHONEVALIDATOR.CO, its officers, directors, employees or data-providers for defective, missing, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate data. Outages may occur in PHONEVALIDATOR.CO from time to time for a variety of reasons including but not limited to system maintenance, system crashes, and power outages. CUSTOMER acknowledges that such service outages may occur and agrees that it shall have no legal or financial recourse against PHONEVALIDATOR.CO, its officers, directors, data-providers or web hosting firm as a result. Neither PHONEVALIDATOR.CO, its officers, directors, and employees nor any third party data provider to PHONEVALIDATOR.CO shall be liable to CUSTOMER for any loss or claim arising from customer’s use of PHONEVALIDATOR.CO. If not withstanding the foregoing, if liability can still be assigned to PHONEVALIDATOR.CO, its officers, directors, employees or third-party data providers by an appropriate court of law, or other governing body, then PHONEVALIDATOR.CO’s (and related parties) maximum liability shall never exceed $25.00 regardless of nature, size or scope of claim. Further, CUSTOMER agrees to not seek punitive damages against v, its officers, directors, employees and third-party data providers under any circumstances. Not withstanding the foregoing, if punitive damages can still be assigned to PHONEVALIDATOR.CO, its officers, directors, employees or third-party data providers by an appropriate court of law, or other governing body, then PHONEVALIDATOR.CO’s (and related parties) maximum punitive damages shall never exceed $25.00 regardless of nature, size or scope of claim. CUSTOMER agrees and accepts that PHONEVALIDATOR.CO nor its officers, directors, employees or third-party data providers shall not be held liable to CUSTOMER or any third-parties for any direct, incidental, or indirect claims or damages arising out of customer’s use of service.
This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any litigation between CUSTOMER and PHONEVALIDATOR.CO shall be heard in the court systems of Los Angeles County, California or, if federal in nature, in the United States District Court in Los Angeles. Nothing in this Service Agreement, Application or website shall be construed as legal advice from PHONEVALIDATOR.CO. CUSTOMER is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
PHONEVALIDATOR.CO is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the FCRA. Results obtained from this website shall not be used for any decision regarding any FCRA regulated purpose including employment, housing, insurance or credit.
PHONEVALIDATOR.CO assumes no legal liability for any phone records mistakenly identified as the wrong linetype including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and similar Federal and similar State consumer protection laws. We make NO WARRANTY that numbers processed are Do Not Call list compliant — they are not. PHONEVALIDATOR.CO makes no legal representations or offers no legal advice as to what may or may not constitute lawful use of processed telephone numbers.
All account information provided by CUSTOMER to PHONEVALIDATOR.CO shall be treated as confidential. PHONEVALIDATOR.CO discloses that customer’s IP address or other identifying information, such as Internet provider name, will be logged and stored as record of customer’s use of service and to identify abuse and fraud.
Automatic scraping or harvesting of data at this site is not permitted. Please note we do not allow this service or data to be re-purposed. If you require this type of processing, we recommend you investigate our batch processing options. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at any time at our sole discretion.

a. These terms and conditions apply to all PayPal payments made (whether online, by telephone, or in any other manner) to PHONEVALIDATOR.CO.
b. These terms and conditions also apply to Electronic Communications (whether or not in connection with a PayPal payment).
c. PHONEVALIDATOR.CO may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amendment on its website at least 30 days prior to the effective date of change.
e. PHONEVALIDATOR.CO reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. You agree that PHONEVALIDATOR.CO, its employees and/or owners, shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
f. You agree that even though you are paying for access, there are still no guarantees or warranties of accuracy. User will (still) assume all risk for any loss or gain resulting from the use of the data, or this site.
g. You agree to the terms and conditions of PayPal agreement and your cardholder agreement, and agree that you will fulfill them.
h. Most importantly – phonevalidator.co provides the App.phonevalidator.co service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringment. We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results that can be obtained from this site are accurate or reliable, or whether the products or services obtained will meet any standards of quality or usefulness.
As used in these terms and conditions:
a. “PHONEVALIDATOR.CO,” “we,” or “us” refers collectively to PHONEVALIDATOR.CO, and all of its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates.
b. “You”, “your” means you, the customer.
c. “Service” means any service provided by PHONEVALIDATOR.CO, such as Phone Lookup Service to identify “Number Type (Landline or Mobile)”, DNC Lookup Service, Gender Lookup Service and ZIP/Postal Code Lookup Service.
d. “Electronic Communications” means any electronic billing and payment communications sent by PHONEVALIDATOR.CO to you or by you to PHONEVALIDATOR.CO, such as online access to statements and emails relating to billing or payment, disclosures, notices and other communications regarding your Service (including, without limitation, your billing statements, notice of the posting of your electronic billing statements, annual privacy notices and change-in terms notifications).
e. Goods / Services purchased are “PHONEVALIDATOR.CO Lookup Credits” such as (Phone Lookup Credits / DNC Lookup Credits / Gender Lookup Credits / ZIP/Postal Code Lookup Credits) issued to your PHONEVALIDATOR.CO account for use with PHONEVALIDATOR.CO provides services
a. You acknowledge that purchased goods / Services are considered delivered as soon as the purchased “PHONEVALIDATOR.CO Lookup Credits” such as (Phone Lookup Credits / DNC Lookup Credits / Gender Lookup Credits / ZIP/Postal Code Lookup Credits) become available in your PHONEVALIDATOR.CO account
a. PHONEVALIDATOR.CO does not issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final
b. “PHONEVALIDATOR.CO Lookup Credits” may have an expiry date associated with their purchase. You acknowledge and agree that expired “PHONEVALIDATOR.CO Lookup Credits” are forfeit and no extension or refund will be issued for expired “PHONEVALIDATOR.CO Lookup Credits”
c. This is a Digital service, and you cannot return unused service. No refunds will be issued for any legitimately, intentionally purchased service.
a. In order to make payments online or receive Electronic Communications, you must have access to a personal computer with a modern browser, internet access and a valid email account supported by software that enables you to receive Electronic Communications. In order to store Electronic Communications on paper, you will need a printer connected to your computer. You also may store them in your offline files or in an electronic storage device. PHONEVALIDATOR.CO is not required to provide paper copies of any Electronic Communication you have previously authorized.
b. You agree to provide us, and keep current, a valid email address. If any Electronic Communication is returned to us as undeliverable, you agree that we may (but are not required to) deliver such communication in paper form to the most recent mailing address you have provided for your account.
c. By authorizing a PayPal payment online, or by requesting Electronic Communications, you confirm that your system meets these requirements, that you have the capability to access and download or print electronic disclosures, and that your email address is current and valid.
a. You understand and agree that PHONEVALIDATOR.CO will provide you with all Electronic Communications exclusively online.
